Manufacturing Company based in the heart of Fort Lauderdale Florida. We manufacture Marine Boat Lifts and sell them through a Network of Marine Contractors throughout the world. We are seeking a Mechanically Inclined Customer Service Representative to join our amazing Customer Service team. You’ll start learning our business from day one. You will be entrusted to serve as the voice of our Company to our customers, business partners, and behind the scenes operations.

What You’ll Do:
- Become fluent with Our Network of Dealers and their specific needs.
- Communicates with customers on order status and changes in the production schedule
- Have excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
- Maintain a sense of ownership, be a self-starter, and have a strong attention to detail
- Interact with customers via inbound calls.
- Performs other duties as needed
What You’ll Need:
- Mechanical knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and perform well in a face paced environment
- Mechanically Inclined (natural ability to understand and work with machinery)
- Create work orders through a Network of Authorized Dealers
- Proficient computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
- Critical thinking skills
- Learn about our product line
- Experience resolving customer satisfaction issues
- Ability to adapt to change in accordance with the business needs of the company
- Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed by the business unit
