In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our clients receive exceptional support and service for their IT needs. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT services, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities:

• Provide top-tier customer support for IT-related issues via phone, email, and chat.
• Efficiently manage and prioritize support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
• Communicate technical solutions clearly to clients, keeping them informed about issue status.
• Collaborate with the technical team for issue escalation and swift resolution.
• Proactively monitor systems and educate clients on best practices to reduce support requests.

Qualifications:

• Customer service or/and sales experience in IT services.
• Strong technical aptitude and understanding of IT systems.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Familiarity with helpdesk software and ticketing systems.
