As a Project Controls Lead, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

- Utilize construction management software to plan and execute projects efficiently
- Coordinate project activities and ensure adherence to timelines
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Manage project budgets and conduct construction estimating
- Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with team members
- Oversee project build progress and quality control

Skills:

- Proficiency in Prolog, HeavyBid, and Primavera software
- Strong construction estimating skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Excellent time management and project coordination abilities
- Familiarity with project management principles
- Strong communication and leadership skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
