Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chemical Engineer to join our team. As a Chemical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of chemical processes and manufacturing techniques. Your expertise will contribute to the production of high-quality products while ensuring safety and efficiency.

Duties:

- Design, develop, and optimize chemical processes and equipment

- Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products or improve existing ones

- Perform laboratory experiments and analyze data to evaluate process performance

- Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure product consistency

- Utilize logic controllers and automation systems to monitor and control manufacturing processes

- Manage projects from conception to completion, including timeline management and resource allocation

Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred

- Strong mathematical skills for data analysis and problem-solving

- Experience working in a laboratory setting, conducting experiments, and analyzing results

- Knowledge of chemistry manufacturing controls (CMC) principles

- Proficiency in using logic controllers for process automation

- Project management experience, including timeline management and resource allocation

- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles for process optimization

- Experience in the production of trioxane and dioxolane. Both are raw materials in the past production of polyacetal.

Additionally, we are looking for chemical engineers with experience in production of producing polyacetal itself. Specifically by the Solution Hydrolysis route.
