What You'll Do

As a Business Systems Solution Analyst, you will:

• Identify Inefficiencies: Spot and address inefficiencies in processes and solutions.
• Expertise Utilization: Serve as the internal expert for processes and solutions within your assigned business department(s)/division(s).
• Collaborative Improvement: Work collaboratively to identify and implement process and solution improvements.

What It Takes

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, 3-5 years of related/operational experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Liaison Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a liaison between IT and business, or experience on large, cross-functional projects.
• Tech Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Microsoft Visio and Project.
• Project Management: Knowledge of project management fundamentals is desired.
• Reporting Skills: Familiarity with SQL, Crystal, Dashboards, Pivot charts is a plus.
• Driver License: A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record.
