Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow the transportation group.
Lead, manage, and inspire a team of professionals to achieve project goals.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Division Engineers, Executive staff at ODOT and OTA, as well as municipal transportation managers and county commissioners.
Drive innovation and excellence in project delivery, leveraging the latest technologies and best practices.
Perferred Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and Oklahoma Professional Engineer
6 years minimum of relevant experience with strong oral and written communication skills
Proficiency in InRoads, OpenRoads, and Microsoft Products with practical application of the AASHTO Green Book, Roadside Design Guide, and MUTCD
Extensive experience in geometric design of urban and rural highways/roadways; proficiency in 3D design tools; progressive design experience in roadway, drainage, construction sequencing, and traffic control; expertise in utility relocation coordination; proficiency in preparation and review of contract documents
