Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow the transportation group.
• Lead, manage, and inspire a team of professionals to achieve project goals.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Division Engineers, Executive staff at ODOT and OTA, as well as municipal transportation managers and county commissioners.
• Drive innovation and excellence in project delivery, leveraging the latest technologies and best practices.

Perferred Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and Oklahoma Professional Engineer
• 6 years minimum of relevant experience with strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in InRoads, OpenRoads, and Microsoft Products with practical application of the AASHTO Green Book, Roadside Design Guide, and MUTCD
• Extensive experience in geometric design of urban and rural highways/roadways; proficiency in 3D design tools; progressive design experience in roadway, drainage, construction sequencing, and traffic control; expertise in utility relocation coordination; proficiency in preparation and review of contract documents
