NESCO Resource is Hiring an Electrical Project Manager Near Youngstown, OH

Description
We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning and overseeing production projects, leading teams, monitoring progress, managing budgets, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and evaluating project performance.
Salary: $68,000-$78,000/Year
Job Duties:
  • Manage multiple projects from pre-booking to customer final acceptance.
  • Prioritize and oversee project activities including planning, scheduling, design, procurement, manufacturing, testing, and handoff to the customer.
  • Maintain overall responsibility for project details and ensure contractual objectives are met.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the customer and the organization to maintain relationships and drive satisfaction.
  • Provide consultation on proposal development.
  • Participate in internal and customer kickoff meetings.
  • Communicate project specifications to team members and allocate resources accordingly.
  • Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with requirements.
  • Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors.
  • Present project status at production meetings.
  • Establish and oversee project invoicing and payments.
  • Obtain formal acceptance of project deliverables from the customer.
  • Ensure completion of project closeout activities.
  • Be accountable for the commercial success, customer satisfaction, and delivery of assigned projects.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Associate degree in Engineering or related field.
  • At least one year of experience in an electrical role or industry.
  • At least one year of experience in project management in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Growth mindset and willingness to tackle challenges.
  • Ability to pass physical, drug, driving, and background checks.
  • Physically capable of lifting 50lbs or more and sustaining prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and walking.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
  • Two or more years of experience in project management in a manufacturing environment.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
