Nesco Resource has an opportunity for a General Maintenance/Warehouse Associate II in Brunswick. This is a position that could turn into a long term position for the right person. You must have good attendance.
Mon - Thurs. 7:30am to 4:30 / Fri - 7:30 - 2:00pm.
Starting pay $16.00 hr.
Position Description:
The Facilities Associate is responsible for the execution and upkeep of various facility operations including building, property, and machinery maintenance of both 2945 Carquest and 2811 Carquest facilities. Position also provides support to Receiving, Fulfillment, and Shipping functions.
Experience:
This position requires at least 1 year of previous maintenance experience working in larger fast-paced facility. High School diploma or equivalent is required. The Warehouse Associate is also required to have some experience working in a Distribution Center supporting Fulfillment & Receiving activities.
Position Guidelines :

• Ensure timely and accurate facility upkeep and maintenance of both 2945 Carquest and 2811 Carquest facilities
• Provide routine pm maintenance utilizing established food handling procedures on food production equipment.
• Light Electrical / Lighting repairs and maintenance
• Basic plumbing
• Assist SQF Team to prepare for yearly audit making sure maintenance items are done
• Work at both 2945 & 2811 distribution centers as required by need (Fulfillment, Receiving)
• Unloading trucks, receipt processing, and replenishment stocking of material
• Various warehousing projects (Product moves, warehouse reorganization)
• Picking / Packing / Freight processing in support of Fulfillment activities
• Maintains Quality Control checks on receipt handling, based on client requirements
• Ability to use Warehouse Management System to catalog receipts
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Ability work overtime when needed at short notice
• Following instructions as presented
• Utilize company provided vehicle to transport interoffice and deliveries
• Do daily building order runs as needed to cover for vacations/PTO
• Other Tasks to help the company as needed
