Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000 BOE
Position Overview: We are looking for a new Lead Quality Assurance Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating all quality-related activities to comply with regulatory, customer, and internal requirements.

Position Overview: We are looking for a new Lead Quality Assurance Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating all quality-related activities to comply with regulatory, customer, and internal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain quality control objectives that align with corporate policies and goals. Establish and implement inspection criteria and procedures to ensure consistent quality across all production stages.
- Handle a variety or different quality and compliance issues including calibration tests and performing quality checks on production floor
- Order new parts and confirm shipping dates with vendors
- Assist with upcoming audits
- Oversee and monitor quality testing processes, identifying and addressing gaps to maintain the highest quality standards.
- Supervise inspection activities throughout the production cycle to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, and products.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to quality, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.
- Handle all quality-related reports and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
- 3-5 years of quality experience is required
- Manufacturing experience is required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, will consider more hands-on experience
