Nesco Resource is partnering with a leading international manufacturer who's clients include large important companies in the industrial, defense and aerospace industries. They are hirng a Manager of Corporate Systems. This person will develop and administrate user acess to financial systems. This individual will have strong accounting experience but also have developed an understanding of financial systems. Principal Responsibilities
Develop and administrate user access to financial systems.
Mentor, train and supervise finance users across several key systems.
Prepare monthly reporting while designing methods to improve & automate.
Recommend and implement improvements in financial reporting policies and procedures.
Reconcile large datasets related to Sales, AP, AR, cash, inventories.
Assist with monthly & quarterly reporting, including analysis and inquiry with divisions.
Prepare, monitor and drive improvement in key financial performance indicators.
Assist in the preparation of annual budget and rolling forecasts
Compile and provide support for quarterly and annual reviews and audits
Monitor internal controls to ensure proper compliance
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or IT
Experience
Knowledge of US generally accepted accounting principles and understanding of SEC reporting requirements.
Experience in financial reporting, including consolidation, cash flow, inventory valuation.
Ability to use sound judgement in implementing efficient solutions to challenges.
Skills / Certifications
Detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and communicate effectively.
Strong analytical and technical skills, including ability to learn and master new software.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Microsoft Power Apps (PowerBI, PowerQuery), SQL.
ERP system knowledge.
