Primary Responsibilities Would Include
- Evaluating existing manufacturing processes and identifying areas for improvement.
- Provide key technical oversight and input into the research and development activities in the manufacturing engineering area.
- Determining problem resolutions and implementing improvements.
- Recommend cost-saving measures and quality control systems.
- Ensuring manufacturing processes, equipment, and products comply with safety standards.
- 2 years of experience in a Manufacturing or Chemical Engineer role; recent graduates may be considered
- Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related discipline
- Experience with lean methodologies which could include Six Sigma, 5S, or Kaizen
- Excellent communicative and organizational skills
