Responsibilities

- Production Coordination: Schedule and coordinate production activities, optimizing workflow and resource allocation.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor product quality, identify defects, and implement corrective actions.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure machinery and equipment are properly maintained, coordinating repairs as needed.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety guidelines, conduct safety training, and address any safety concerns promptly.
- Performance Metrics: Track production metrics (e.g., output, efficiency, scrap rates) and implement improvements.
- Team Leadership: Motivate and lead production teams, fostering a positive work environment.
- Typically requires 5 or more years in a supervisory capacity in manufacturing setting.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving. Experience with production processes and safety protocols.
