Nesco Resource is working with a client looking for a Project Coordinator III:
Summary Of FunctionsAs a Project Coordinator 3, you will play a crucial role in supporting multiple/complex projects simultaneously, from initiation to completion while training, utilizing, and mentoring junior project coordinators and assistants.
Primary FunctionsRoles & Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support to team including data entry, filing, and record-keeping. Prepare reports and updates for project managers/stakeholders
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders
Mentor and guide junior project coordinators/assistants
Ensure all project documentation is accurately filed and easily accessible to team members.
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes as required.
Assist in drafting correspondence, reports, and presentations related to project progress.
Assist in conducting inspections and audits of documentation in project files to verify work quality and adherence to safety regulations are up to par for close-out submissions
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, Competencies And AbilitiesHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in project management or electrical engineering is a plus.
Previous experience in a similar role within the electrical contracting or construction industry preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management software.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Advanced in project management tools and software
5 years of proven experience in project coordination within electrical contracting or similar industry
Knowledge of electrical systems, terminology, and construction processes
Core Accountabilities30% - Assisting Project Managers.
10% - Completing Time Entry
20% - Document Management
10% - Various data entry tasks
30% - Mentoring
