Key Responsibilities:
- Inspection and Testing: Conduct thorough inspections and tests on wire products to identify defects or deviations from quality standards.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities.
- Compliance: Ensure products comply with industry standards and client specifications.
- Reporting: Communicate any quality issues to the production team and management promptly.
- Process Improvement: Suggest improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency in the inspection process.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all inspection tools and equipment are calibrated and function correctly.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality inspection, preferably in wire products or a related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certification in quality control is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficient in using inspection tools and equipment.
- Excellent documentation and reporting abilities.
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and management.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds if necessary.
