- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of engineering principles and the ability to develop competitive sales quotations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate effectively and professionally with staff, customers, vendors, and executive management.
- Professional Traits: Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently, work in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate effectively with team members across departments.
- Availability: Must be able to work on-site, arrive punctually, and maintain regular attendance.
