Responsibilities:

  • Deliver top-notch technical support to both residential and commercial customers.
  • Utilize advanced troubleshooting techniques to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate with warmth and professionalism, to understand customer concerns and provide solutions.
  • Strive for excellence in customer service delivery, build strong relationships and foster customer loyalty.
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Previous experience in technical support, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Proven track record of reliability and commitment in past work experience.
  • Passionate about assisting others, with outstanding interpersonal skills and a genuine willingness to help.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screenings.
  • Proficient PC keyboarding skills, with a minimum typing speed of 30wpm.
Shift Details:
  • Starting pay $16 to $18 per hour.
  • 2nd shift, 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, including at least one weekend day and holidays.
  • Contract-to-hire, 3-6 months- Permanent employment based on performance and attendance.
