Accounting Operations Analyst

• Ensure timely and accurate filing of business licenses and government statistical reporting
• Manage the data retrieval and accounting for the outsourced escheatment process
• Perform accounting and financial analysis for various of areas under scope
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements and controls
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in general accounting and compliance
• Proficient user of SAP or similar ERP system and MS Applications
• Proven ability to leverage performance, development, and talent to build people capabilities
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers across the organization
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
• Passion for solving complex problems and generating cross-functional solutions
• Desire to develop digital solutions, with proven skills in the following areas
