POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking to add a Director for Human Resources Technology to our Nestle IT team. In this position, you will drive development and deployment plans of HR IT solutions in line with established functional strategy for the markets/businesses in their regional scope. You will provide your regional team timely support, delivery, and implementation for agreed upon processes. You will execute a cost-efficient support process (Regional IT Office and markets) in sustaining the IT products. You will drive down the total volume of incidents and increase the effectiveness of incident resolution and ensure full utilization of the IT products. You will intensively engage with receivers and act as an "ambassador" for the markets/businesses in their scope as to proactively influencing the broader product roadmap in close collaboration with the respective Product Group Managers. You will utilize an entrepreneurial mind-set with excellent negotiation and communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate with individuals across a complex organization.

  • Drive regional project portfolio for functional areas; identify and communicate market project requirements and expectations across teams
  • Support Zone & RMB's with the realization of their priorities and Must Win Battles
  • Support markets with defining and executing their market solution roadmaps; Ensure alignment with global priorities and agreement at zone/market level
  • Support global projects for integration, standardization, and optimization of ways of working within IT and drive flawless execution within respective region/Zone
  • Deliver effective team structures, development of high performing teams, management of recruitment, succession plans, performance management, personal development & training, etc.
  • Provide input for validation of global deployment plans and tracking of execution and evaluation
  • Communicate and ensure a deep understanding of market needs and provide input via Product Groups, supporting pilot implementations according to agreed plans
  • Provide input to global initiatives to align, improve, streamline and standardize IT support processes by leveraging capabilities of Nestle staff and external partners (e.g. Success Factors, SAP HR, Cornerstone)
  • Manage adherence and continuous improvement of product performance measures in IT and provide regular reports to key stakeholders
  • Drive regional expert networks and support global expert networks per solution area; ensuring full utilization and adoption of IT Products and driving legacy elimination initiatives in markets within Zone/region

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, information technology, business, finance or relevant field
  • 8 years of experience in Information Technology including one or more of the following: portfolio/program/project management, financial planning, or business analysis
  • 5 years of people leadership experience
  • 2 years of experience working with HR Technology products to support: Recruitment, Learning & Training, Payroll and Time Management, HR Core and Total Rewards (e.g., Success Factors, SAP HR/Payroll, and/or similar HCM solutions)
  • 2 years of experience working acrossCorporate HR and IT functions
  • 1 years of experience with executive stakeholder management
  • 1 years of experience implementing strategies for HR Transformations, Mergers and Acquisitions/Divestitures, etc.
