We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Assistant to join our team. As a Communications Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Communications department in various tasks to ensure effective communication both internally and externally. Pay :
$23.50 - $32.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and editing written and visual content for internal and external communications materials such as press releases, newsletters, blog posts, and social media updates.
- Monitor and track media coverage and compile media reports.
- Support the planning and coordination of corporate events, including logistics, invitations, and promotional materials.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the company's website and social media channels.
- Conduct research and provide insights on industry trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective messaging across all communication channels.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with graphic design software.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
