Description
Provide information and member support concerning the credit union and it's products and services to credit union members, ensuring the highest quality of member service
Experience: Two to five years of similar or related experience
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
This is a part-time position. Hours are Tuesday - Saturday 10:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Requirements
- Possess full knowledge of credit union products, services, policies and procedures, rules and regulations
- Maintain/achieve agreed upon goals
- Maintain contact with current and new members
- Meets all established sales and service goals, ethically referring appropriate products and services to membership
- Use systems as intended with a focus on CRM for members
- Oversee/assist members with Lending, Member Service and/or transaction needs from both telephone, chat, online , email and social media. Assist staff or members in solving complex account problems
- Other duties as assigned
