Net Health Shops, LLC/Sunnydaze Decor is Hiring a Remote Online Channel Development Specialist

Job Type: Full-time Nonexempt

Pay: Hourly, based on experience. Payroll is paid by direct deposit, biweekly.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8 AM to 4:30 PM with a half-hour lunch or 5 PM with an hour lunch. This position requires 40 hours a week depending on workload.

Job Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Develop partnerships to expand the business on new eCommerce channels.
  • Develop relationships with buyers and channel partners to expand existing product lines and grow sales on each channel, including leading regular calls with various online partners.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing, and promotions on various online marketplaces.
  • Execute New Product launches: Oversee the complete launch process for new products across marketplace channels, and ensure inventory is adequately supplied and content is accurate.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to ensure seamless integration of new e-commerce initiatives.
  • Manipulate data in Excel to match templates for importing to various channel portals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth with various marketplaces.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify opportunities for product positioning across our sales channels.
  • Oversee aspects of new business development to expand to new online ecommerce channels, including into new territories such as EU and Canada.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the products and pricing in our portfolio and devise strategies to enhance their online sales growth.
  • Take responsibility for sales promotions and implement customized content strategies for improved visibility and rankings in various sales channels.
  • Run comprehensive sales reporting to track performance across a wide range of marketplaces, providing insights for strategic decision-making and optimization.
  • Assist in updating product content including image, video, copy, and instruction files on existing channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Merchandising/Buying, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in buying, product management, eCommerce, department/business management, or a combination of these areas.
  • National and International travel is required to visit marketplaces, build business relationships, and for carrying out business planning.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office programs (particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
