DescriptionAs legal and judicial agencies transition to a technology-driven workflow, our company is at the forefront of providing transcription services across various industries. We are seeking experienced Legal/Judicial contract candidates who have substantial experience in transcribing depositions and hearings. This position is a 100% remote opportunity for Independent Contractors.
The work involves processing audio recordings with a strong focus on accuracy and detail, following style guides to produce verbatim transcripts. Familiarity with legal terminology and excellent grammar is essential. Weekend availability is encouraged, as our workload is available 24/7/365.

- Experience with court reporting, scoping, or legal transcription
- Excellent listening skills
- Adherence to deadlines and client-specific style guides
- Outstanding literacy skills, including comprehension, spelling, and grammar
- Ability to collaborate remotely
- Typing proficiency in both speed and accuracy
- Ability to process extreme audio/text content (content may be offensive)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Familiarity with legal terminology
- Court reporting students will also be considered
- Currently, this opportunity is not available to Massachusetts or California residents.
