Job Description :

Position : Scrum Master

Location : ONSITE (Please submit local to Memphis candidates only)

Terms : 18 month contract

Must have excellent communication skills

Skills:

• 8 years of Scrum Master experience including:

o Lead teams in using agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban to improve team effectiveness 

o Manage project external dependencies by working with outside teams 

o Facilitate iteration (sprint) planning, lead work within individual sprints, and coordinate retrospectives and demos 

o Be effective in conflict resolution and be able to coach in every direction 

o Build, develop, and grow business relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels and multiple locations.
