Position Title: Business Analyst - Clinical Operations Metrics
Duration: 06 months
Location: Basking Ridge, NJ 07920 (4 days remote/1 day onsite)For now it's a 6 month assignment but possibility of extension.
Candidate must have very good communication skills and must have Clinical Trials Operations experience in Pharma industry.
Candidate must be willing to come to Basking Ridge office at least once per week.
Position Summary:The Business Analyst will work in R&D Excellence MARS Team (Metrics, Analytics, Reporting & Solutions) to define top priority Metrics and their definitions to gauge performance of clinical trials end to end. These metrics will measure Key Performance Indicators, Key Quality Indicators, Key Risk Indicators, RBQM and other targeted clinical operational metrics across each sub function in Clinical Operation & Regulatory.

Job Responsibilities:
- Define Metrics and Thresholds à KPIs, KRIs, KQIs for Global Clinical Operations in alignment with business stakeholder.
- Maintain Metrics Catalog
- Own and manage Metrics Approval Process in collaboration with Global Clinical Operations.
- Leverage public source data ( Citeline , CMR , KMR, MCC ) to evaluate competitive landscape and compare / contrast to internal benchmarks/KPI's.
- Hand over the business approved metrics definition and thresholds to the analytical team for implementation.
- Act as a Liaison between Analytical Engineering Team and Global Clinical Operations business team.
- Demonstrate and gather Dashboards / Reports feedback from stakeholders.
- Conduct Training sessions for new Dashboards
- Measure the effectiveness and usage of Dashboards in Production and propose enhancements for maximum utilization.
- Bachelor's or higher degree
- 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst in Pharmaceutical company in "Clinical Development, Clinical Operations” department.
- Experience with Clinical Trials Operational Data is a must.
- Experience with CTMS, Planisware, RAVE(EDC), eTMF and Product Registry, Regulatory systems is a must.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent documentation skills in MS Word, Excel, Confluence and JIRA.
