Location: 100% remote
Duration: 18 Months
Total Openings: 6Will train in Shift 1 (M-F; 8am -5pm) and then transition to home shift.
Shifts Available:Shift 5: Sun - Tue; alternating Wed, Hours: 630am - 7pm

- Support large volume of TEM metrology data generation.
- Data quality control and screening errors
- Statistical analysis and report generation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience on SEM/TEM. Basic knowledge of semiconductor device and manufacturing process. 4-6yrs of experience
