Experience :

• Physical fitness required such as : Lifting heavy boxes, standing for long periods of time, using a tile saw to cut glass and hammer to crush glass.
• Experience working with instruments such as Optical Analyzers such as Haze meters, Colorimeters and Spectrometers is preferred.
• Accuracy and attention to detail in recording test results is a must. Ability to recognize abnormal results in equipment standards as an indication of equipment issues.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and coordinate workload. Supporting a team of people to meet test deadlines.

Computer Skills :

• Microsoft Office 365 Applications
• Outlook E-mail systems
• Share Point
• Aptitude to learn various instrument software

Responsibilities :

• Individual will have responsibility for conducting routine and some non-routine testing on glass laminate samples. This involves :
• Prioritization of workload
• Accuracy and attention to detail is critical.
• Conducting appropriate testing, and data entry of test results into Excel spreadsheets.
• Collecting and communicating test data to the appropriate individuals in a timely manner.
• Individual will be required to use, maintain, and clean up after use of testing equipment.
