Job Summary:

• Dedicated LPN with a focus on geriatric care, providing compassionate nursing support to elderly patients.
• Proficient in administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living.
• Skilled in fostering a supportive environment and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the highest quality of care for geriatric patients.

Experience Required:

• 1 year of recent LPN experience in LTC

Experience Preferred:

• PCC experience strongly preferred

License Required:

• NC or Compact

Certificates Required:

• BLS
