Job description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Functional Consultant- Core HR to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Payroll modules, enabling them to design, implement, and support payroll solutions tailored to our clients' needs. This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their payroll processes, configuring Oracle Cloud Payroll systems, and providing ongoing support to ensure the successful deployment and operation of payroll solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering and Analysis:.
• Analyze business needs and document functional HR requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions to meet client needs.
• Design and configure Oracle Cloud Core modules to align with client specifications.
• Develop functional specifications, workflows, and configuration documents.
• Ensure payroll configurations comply with local regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud Core HR solutions.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Oracle Cloud Core HR Functional Consultant.
• Proven track record in end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud Core HR solutions..
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Project management skills, with experience in Agile methodologies being a plus.
