- Specialty/Unit: Physical Therapist Outpatient Adult Schedule: Variety of shifts 40 hours/week (PT 1:1) Weekend Requirements: Kings Mountain
- Years of Experience Required: 2 years (new grad or less experience will consider as long as they are willing to grow and learn)
- Certification/Licensure/Additional Requirements: BLS (completed through AHA or ARC only), Must have acute care experience, PT license Not required/Highly Preferred: Neuro, Generalist
- Important: Direct Hire/Perm. Please do not promise a specific pay rate to a worker. Pay is determined by the client and communicated to the worker directly.
- Salary Range: $35-55/hr (dependent on experience. Incentives/Relocation Assistance: Sign-on Bonus: Up to $15k, Relocation Bonus: $5k Submittal
Job Summary:-The Physical Therapist is a licensed professional who directs supervises evaluates and provides physical therapy services ordered by a physician to patients.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Evaluates the physical therapy patient to determine the rehabilitation need and potential for achievement and develops a plan of care in conjunction with the patient's physician.
2. Establishes and implements the patients plan of care according to agency policy timelines.
3. Performs physical therapy services in accordance with accepted standards of practice and certified by the patient's physician.
4. Observes records and reports to the physician any reaction to treatment and any changes in the patient's condition.
5. Maintains communication with clinical staff providing updates and changes in schedules patient data or needs and physician orders.
6. Evaluates patients plan of care as needed and at least every sixty-two days revising the plan to meet patient needs.
Skills:
- BLS - Required Current state license showing registration as a licensed physical therapist - Required.
- Experience as a physical therapist - Required - 2 Years
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy program required.

- PT License
