Job Title: Receptionist
Location: New York, NY

Hours: M-F 8-5pm
Responsibilities:
- Answer tenant phone calls
- Handle tenant inquiries
- Create and distribute work orders through online Building Management System (Building Engines)
- Review for compliance and maintain a log for certificates of insurance
- Liaise with building engineers, electricians, porters to address tenant complaints and building issues
Must Have Skills:
- 1 year of experience in a front facing role
- H.S Diploma
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior front facing experience, People Oriented, detail driven, fast learner, Very Very professional demeanor
