Description:We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Room (ER) team in Brenham, TX. As an ER RN, you will play a critical role in providing efficient and effective emergency care to patients in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:Triage patients based on acuity and severity of condition.
Performing rapid assessments and initiating appropriate interventions.
Administering medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Providing education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Qualifications:Current RN license in the state of Texas.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency room setting.
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification.
TNCC certification preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations.
