Job Purpose:

The Director of Digital Operations at Neta Scientific, Inc. plays a crucial leadership role, driving the company's digital transformation efforts. This executive oversees the digital infrastructure and platforms, focusing on operational efficiencies, customer experience enhancement, and sustainable growth. Key responsibilities include the management of the IT team, Catalog Data Management team, and oversight of IT and System projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute the company’s digital operations strategy, focusing on innovation, scalability, and customer engagement.
• Optimize the use of digital tools such as Microsoft GP, Salesforce, and Magento Commerce to align with business strategies and e-commerce objectives.
• Directly manage and mentor the IT team and Catalog Data Management team, ensuring efficient operations and project delivery.
• Oversee cXML projects, enhancing and streamlining electronic data interchange between the company and its partners.
• Foster collaboration across departments to integrate digital technology into business processes, improving efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze digital trends, metrics, and performance data to inform strategic decisions and operational improvements.
• Ensure digital operations compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the digital teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a digital operations or digital transformation leadership role, with demonstrated success in managing IT and data management teams.
• Strong technical expertise in Microsoft GP, Salesforce, Magento Commerce, and cXML standards.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, with excellent strategic, analytical, and communication skills.

• Achieve measurable improvements in operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and digital project delivery within the first year.

• Competitive Salary Range: $120,000 to $160,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
