General DescriptionThis position is responsible for assisting with the planning, organizing and implementing of all clinical activities for Netcare Corporation. Areas of direct responsibility include Miles House and CSU.

- Manager Crisis Residential services
- Responsible for planning, organizing and directing the activities of the following programs: CSU and Miles House.
- Participates at the senior management level in providing guidance to the operational activities of the corporation.
- Function in the role of primary community relations/education and liaison for Crisis Residential Programs. Provides services to strengthen community relations, including educational programs and liaison duties.
- Provides on-call services as necessary, including program responsibility and Director on-call rotation.
- Monitors all programs for qualitative and quantitative aspects of services, and recommend changes as needed.
- Collects analyze and interpret quality and utilization data of services provided; recommend changes as appropriate.
- Participates in internal and external meetings as needed.
- Provides timely documentation and reports of service program activities as requested.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state and local standards.
- Participate in direct patient care activities as a targeted strategy for role modeling, information gathering or supervision.
- Extensive working knowledge of mental health and SUD diagnostic and treatment programs, and local community service agencies.
- Ability to consistently demonstrate an effective and efficient management style that elicits dedicated efforts from staff and provides for the prosperity of the corporation.
- Collects evaluation data and works closely with QI Director, other clinical directors, and program managers to assess the data and provide feedback and continuous improvements to service programs.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple programs delivering crisis intervention services to the mental health and SUD populations.
- Ability to monitor services delivery and implement corrective action.
- Ability to relate to clients with a variety of age, sex, economic, educational and professional background.
- Ability to hear and speak well enough to converse with clients or other employees in person or over the telephone for a majority of the time.
- Ability to operate a computer to record client data, produce written correspondence and reports.
- Ability to travel between service facilities.
- Ability to achieve and maintain certification in required training programs.
- Knowledge of the operation, staffing and supervision of crisis services.
- Ability to ensure that services are in compliance with applicable federal, state and local standards.
- Demonstrated experience and/or training in behavioral health assessment and/or treatment.
