Requirements
• Seeking an individual with 5 years’ experience in project management experience in a global environment; Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) a plus.
• Experience in HR transformation, process changes, and implementation and/or PMO / portfolio management experience.
• Possess advanced knowledge of talent management practices, specifically around talent development.
• Highly advanced project management skills with demonstrated ability to effectively manage organization, including leadership teams, through large change and/or talent transformation efforts.
• Ability to evaluate project objectives and scope feasibility, gain understanding, schedule resources, and manage budget.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, critical, and strategic thinking skills combined with innate ability to execute, drive results, and influence new ways of thinking.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills to serve as the voice of project team and deliver messaging as it relates to our transformation strategy to HR, leaders, and the broader organization.
• Highly advanced level of investigative, analytical & problem-solving skills and ability to translate issues to tangible actions.
• Highly advanced ability to translate business needs and problems into viable/accepted solutions.
• Well-developed consultative approach and strong sense of accountability.
This role will guide project leadership through development, execution, and monitoring of a detailed project plan. This role will collaborate and partner closely with a vast group of stakeholders both internal and external to Global HR, promote accountability across the project team as well as adoption across the enterprise, and drive broad communication development and delivery.
Salary : $68 - $78
