Netfor is Hiring a Hardware Service Desk Technician-August Near Indianapolis, IN
Position DescriptionSummarize the overall nature and scope of the position in a few sentences. This position will be fully in office at our Indianapolis office and will be a temporary assignment for the next 3-4 months. This position will be responsible for hardware provisioning. Along with hardware responsibilities, this position will also help provide frontline IT support in person and remotely. We need someone who is very detail-oriented and can own provisioning hardware. This role will focus on shipping computers, imaging computers, and supporting computer deployments. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesCreate a bulleted list of primary duties and responsibilities.
General in-person and remote desktop support including support of user setups and troubleshooting
Management of tickets to ensure timely resolution and appropriate escalation
Ability to follow and maintain technical documentation relating to the role
Excellent customer service skills in support of executives in the office as well as remote employees
Adherence to security, HIPAA, and other IT policies

Microsoft Windows and MacOS support experience
