Landscape Construction Project ManagerLocation: Redmond, WA (On-site, Full-time)
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year

Job Overview:
Our client, a well-established construction company, is seeking an experienced and skilled Landscape Construction Project Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be a key member of the project management team, overseeing the installation of high-end residential landscapes and ensuring exceptional quality and timely delivery. You will collaborate closely with award-winning Landscape Architects, clients, and internal teams to manage projects from inception to completion, including the transition to ongoing maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project budgets and contracts
- Communicate effectively with clients, general contractors, design teams, and subcontractors
- Oversee all aspects of landscape construction projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
- Collaborate with Maintenance Project Managers to ensure seamless project transitions
- Participate in horticulture, equipment, and safety training for field staff
Requirements:
- 5 years of professional landscape experience
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, Horticulture, or a related field (desired)
- 3 years of client service experience within the landscape industry
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with BlueBeam software (preferred)
- Strong ability to read plan sets and specifications, with the ability to quickly sketch details for clarification and review
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Valid Washington State driver's license
