Role: Program Manager/Data Analyst

Location: Sunnyvale, CA – 94085 (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 months

Key Qualifications:

• Experience in program management - maintaining a strategic plan and schedule, informing, and advising stakeholders, reviewing the status and progress of each deliverable, ensuring the quality of outcome for key deliverables.
• SAP experience is highly preferred – having a deep understanding of SAP, Invoicing, and Trade In operations - ideally in an Apple context.
• Strong experience in data analytics and ability to troubleshoot data is required.
• Strong Excel and Keynote skills.
• Be comfortable working with a high level of ambiguity and delivering results in an unstructured environment.
• You can prioritize strategic objectives which optimize for speed, cost, and environmental impact while also achieving high-value tactical outcomes.
• Must have phenomenal presentation skills with a keen eye for detail, and expertise in synthesizing complex information for a wide range of audiences.
• You are an excellent teammate who can influence through collaboration and leadership, and are able to work effectively with other teams, bringing them along for the journey is essential.
• Obsess over the customer experience and are particularly curious about how to deliver new experiences across digital and brick-and-mortar channels.

Job Description:

• Review and assess the invoicing flow to identify process improvements and technical enhancements.
• Provide ongoing analytical assessment of the opportunity and communicate to cross-functional leaders.
• Build out technical requirements and rollout new SOPs to support business improvement opportunities.
• Work with cross-functional teams to design and rollout new initiatives that drive business growth and scale.
• Setup reporting and business updates to monitor program performance.
• Support issues and escalations as needed.

Education:

• BS in Computer Science or Business preferred
