Recruiting Contractor Overview
This Recruiting Contractor will work with Reunitus on an enterprise level to fill open positions for all five companies. This person will interact with employees across the enterprise. This position requires an ambitious self-starter and someone who can identify solid candidates for each open position.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles for all enterprise companies, helping managers find, hire, and retain quality candidates.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each role. Actively listen to role requirements and make notes about those requirements to find suitable candidates for the role.
  • Develop relationships with managers to build awareness of their departments, hiring needs, and job specifications.
  • Assist with the development and writing of job descriptions.
  • Post job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media.
  • Screen resumes and manage candidates’ application work flow.
  • Conduct initial screenings of candidates and send notes from screenings to the hiring manager.
  • Communicate with candidates and schedule interviews for hiring managers and other team members as directed.
  • Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Follow up with candidates and interview teams after each interview for feedback.
  • Work with the People Manager to coordinate substance screenings and background check prior to employment.
  • Responsible for contacting candidate references and verifying education requirements.
  • Implement and maintain Applicant Tracking System.
  • Maintain database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects and hired candidates.
  • Staying up to date with hiring trends and best practices.

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter.
  • Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers.
  • Problem-solving aptitude.
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals with candidates.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to conduct interviews over the phone and via live chat.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter and ideally Paycor.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work productively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good knowledge of all Microsoft packages including Word, Outlook, Excel and Teams.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve a common goal.
  • Ability to juggle multiple calendars.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask.
