We're a growing IT hardware sales company with an office in Port Charlotte. We're currently looking to fill 2 full time Inside Sales Representative positions. Ideal candidate will be calling business to business and selling to Fortune 5000 companies. You will be selling the very top names in data communications & telecommunications equipment. (ie: Cisco, Avaya and HP) We’re looking for someone who has the drive to succeed and meet goals.

Essential Sales Functions :

• Establish and maintain both customer relationships over the phone
• Make at least 80 phone calls daily
• Ability to do price quotes and pricing negotiations
• Primary responsibility for overall profitability and growth of your account base.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities :

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Ability to talk to “Management level” prospects or customers over the telephone
• Ability to sit in a cube and make multiple cold calls daily
• Excellent organization and customer service skills
• Ability to think and communicate under pressure

Education :

• HS diploma required
• College experience helpful (preferably in business, marketing, sales or similar major)
