Summary of Position:

The candidate will be required to work closely with the Finance business groups to perform data analysis, report & system developments. The candidate must have strong design and analysis skills to ensure the deliverables are comprehensive and intuitive. The candidate must have strong written and oral communication skills and experience with thorough documentation and project artifact creation. Additionally, the candidate must understand the Software Development Lifecycle and the process necessary to perform effective change management.

The Informatica ETL developer will be involved in the different phases of application development: user needs collection, analysis, design, implementation, delivery, support, and maintenance, within an agile framework.

We are looking for someone innovative and passionate about leveraging the systems already in our environment. The role involves someone who can implement the latest technologies, best practices, and standards, in line with the Bank's IT guidelines. The candidate will need to be able to work well in a team environment and is expected to share knowledge and collaborate with both IT and business stakeholders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Senior Application Developer will:

• Develop and maintain data integration solutions using Informatica Power Center that connect heterogeneous databases, web sources, XML sources, Microsoft SharePoint and Salesforce
• Develop, monitor, and maintain Informatica workflows that extract, transform, and load data
• Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements and automation where possible
• Establish workflows processing to ensure data is available in a timely manner via the use of Informatica ETL
• Develop Power BI Dashboards to facilitate end user reporting needs
• Establish standard methodologies for data assessment and interpretation across multiple dashboards toensure consistent information representation.
• Develop a solution/framework for provisioning data for consumption by business users who create reportsand those who are purely consumers
• Support Existing Informatica Workflows and work to implement new features and changes when needed
• Collaborate with various functional teams to achieve required business results.

Requirements :

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 8 years of work experience in Information Technology
• Minimum 8 years of experience with a financial services organization preferred
• Deep Knowledge of Informatica Power Center 10.2
• Demonstrated experience implementing Informatica’s ETL components
• Ability to Write/Troubleshoot/Execute SQL queries and scripts
• Deep knowledge of relational databases and SQL
• Experience with Python a
• Experience with Hadoop environment and tools a
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to drive projects forward in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible and open to using and learning new tools and applications
• Must be able to work independently
• Excellent time management skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize workload, while maintaining a high attention to detail and meet deadlines
