Neuman Pools Inc, a premier builder of custom residential, commercial, and municipal pools and waterparks is accepting applications for a Service Manager. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Manager to join our team. This position is located in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin.

Job Description:

The Service Manager will oversee all aspects of our service department, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service. Pool and aquatics experience is a plus, but not required. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Neuman Pools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leads by example in supporting the service personnel team to drive customer satisfaction.
• Understanding of software systems and programs.
• Communicates with team members to identify development opportunities.
• Oversees the training, development, and accountability of the service team program, creating a culture that prioritizes service and sales.
• Supports the department Service Coordinators in identifying talent external and internal.
• Provides insights related to the customer and employee feedback.
• Budget management knowledge including expenses related to personnel, equipment, and supplies.
• Ability to develop and implement strategies and programs for department growth.
• Other job-related tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• Required 5 years previous leadership or supervisory experience in a service environment.
• Strong technical aptitude and knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft and other relevant software applications.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
