About The RoleSupports the end-to-end demand, supply, and capacity planning for designated product supply chains within the company’s commercial portfolio, by coordinating with internal stakeholders, external manufacturing, and supply chain partners. Responsibilities include reporting supply chain data in support of key supply chain management processes, inventory reconciliation, inventory control, rolling purchase forecast, and participating in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP). Analyze strategies to mitigate supply chain risks and meet service level agreements. Assists in budgeting and long-term planning for assigned products. Support smaller initiatives to optimize material flow and information systems.

Your Contributions (include, But Are Not Limited To)
  • Analyze monthly production plans considering capacity constraints in assigned portfolios
  • Update planning models in the system based on market demand and supply capacities
  • Coordinates monthly planning activities for contract manufacturing sites
  • Collect and analyze supply chain data to generate relevant reports to drive supply chain planning decisions
  • Monitors and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the supply chain, such as on-time delivery, target safety stock level, customer service levels and lead times
  • Provide management with timely, accurate, and pertinent supply chain information and analysis
  • Addresses supply issues through communication and coordination
  • Collaborates with manufacturing partners and third-party suppliers
  • Provide Communication support on operational risks between planning and manufacturing partners
  • Maintains finished goods inventory levels in line with customer demand and financial targets
  • Support the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process for assigned product portfolios, facilitating meetings, and providing information to cross-functional teams
  • Analyzes global demand signals and offers recommendations to address them
  • Performs other relevant duties as needed
Requirements
  • BS/BA degree in Supply chain management, Industrial engineering, Economics, scientific, or supply chain related discipline and 2 years of relevant experience in relevant supply chain planning roles, preferably in the biotech / pharmaceutical industry OR
  • Masters degree and some relevant experience
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of supply chain planning, scheduling, and ERP systems
  • Business knowledge of pharmaceutical supply chain operations, inventory, and procurement preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365
  • General understanding of how the team / work area relates to other related areas and uses that knowledge to improve efficiency and produce high-quality work on problems with cross-functional impact
  • Ability to formulate alternative recommendations through fact-based analysis and rationale
  • Frequently works cross-functionally on assigned projects
  • Ability to meet multiple deadlines across a variety of projects/programs, with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
  • Effective communication skills at all levels with excellent written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Collaborates with teams, peers and more experienced colleagues

The annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay is $73,800.00-$106,875.00. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 20% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
