• Assist with patient care in Neurology, Physical Medicine, and Orthopedics.
• Covering clinic 20 days a month, with rotating 2 days in each clinic locations.
• Clinical hours are 830AM - 630PM, outpatient only.
• Expectations is to see 10 new visits and 15 follow ups visits daily.

• Obtain and complete full history & physical exams and properly complete clinic notes.
• Maintain accurate medical records and complete paperwork efficiently, same day as the visit.
• Collaborate with patients and contribute to treatment plans.

• Motivated individuals eager to learn.
• Must be on time.
• Proficient with EMR systems and medical documentation.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Fluency in English required, Spanish proficiency preferred.
• Medical degree required; previous outpatient-clinic or inpatient-ICU experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in New York State.
