General Office Duties:

  • Proactively reach out by phone, text or email, maintaining excellent
  • Excel in client communication and enrollment,
  • Nurture client from initial contact through to successful treatment completion.
  • Reach out and network with local providers, introduce and present services, and set up referral networks, meetings, open houses.
  • Maintain a positive, productive, organized, and clean work environment.
  • Prioritize clients and guests, ensuring first-class service, influence, and leadership.
  • Manage client files and records diligently.

Clinical Duties:

  • Train and operate advanced medical equipment for Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation and Neurofeedback Therapies.
  • Provide careful attention and communication with clients, ensuring high-quality, accurate treatment and acknowledging progress.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions, educating clients on their journey to wellness.

Requirements:

  • Outgoing communication, sales and leadership skills.
  • Ability to gain rapport with people, focus on others, and influence positively.
  • Clear communication to demonstrate and educate others on modern brain healing technology
  • A strong sense of empathy, patience, and the ability to inspire and motivate clients.
  • Previous experience in marketing or sales very helpful.
  • Willingness to undergo training and achieve necessary certifications.
