SUMMARY
The Clinical Pharmacist works in the patient care areas. Competent in reviewing and evaluation of medication orders for appropriate pharmacotherapy for neuorlogy patients. Demonstrate the ability to communicate with nursing staff and physicians to resolve and prevent drug related problems.
QUALIFICATIONS

• Doctorate of Pharmacy degree plus 1 year post-Phar.D. experience
• ASHP accredited Residency in pharmacy practice or Doctor of Pharmacy degree at least 5 years of post-Phar.D. experience in job-related pharmacy practice, or Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy at least 6 years experience in job-related pharmacy practice at GHS
• Fully licensed as a Pharmacist in the State of Georgia or, eligible for full licensure within 120 days through reciprocity or exam
