Expanding Northern Virginia Medical Practice is looking for an organized and experienced Human Resource and Operations Administrator to contribute to the growth of our medical practice. This individual will work directly with our physicians, CEO and COO and will be responsible for recruiting, on-boarding and off-boarding, performance management, training for both employee retention and engagement, resolving conflicts, and benefit management. This critical job requires experience in clinical practice operations, administrative support functions, and EHR functions of a large medical practice. Excellent computer skills required. Excellent people skills, outstanding English language and writing skills, ability to organize, document and manage multiple projects and the ability to interact with and serve physicians is essential. Fluency with Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel required. Job requires physical mobility, ability to travel to multiple locations, and strong positive management values.
