Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Front Office Manager to join our team. The Behavioral Health Front Office Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for the effective management of the front office our busy behavioral health clinics in Las Vegas. As a Front Office Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations of two or more clinics, ensure seamless functioning, and provide guidance to our front office team and other support staff. Your commitment to making a difference in the field of behavioral health, combined with strong managerial and organizational skills, will be instrumental in NBH's mission to provide high-quality behavioral health services.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

Knowledge:

• Healthcare Management: Knowledge of clinic operations and healthcare technology systems.
• Quality Assurance: Familiar with methodologies and best practices for improving patient care and clinic operations.·

Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to supervise and mentor staff effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff, patients, and external stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.

Qualifications

Proven experience in front office management in a clinic or a similar healthcare leadership role.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, HCA) is preferred, but a combination of experience and education may be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
