Please note: This position is not available for remote work. All work must be done in our Buffalo Drive location.

Nevada Behavioral Health is growing! We need to hire two Care Coordination Administrative Assistants.

Job Description

The Care Coordination Administrative Assistant will support our Community Care Coordinators by accurately transcribing and entering their notes into our internal computer software and systems. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the efficient coordination of care for our clients and make a meaningful impact in their lives.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

· Assist Community Care Coordinators by transcribing and accurately entering their notes into our internal computer systems and software.

· Apply critical thinking skills to ensure the accurate capture of essential information from care coordination sessions.

· Review notes for completeness and clarity, seeking clarification from Community Care Coordinators as needed.

· Organize and maintain documentation in an orderly and accessible manner.

· Collaborate with Community Care Coordinators to follow up on any discrepancies or missing information.

· Provide administrative support to Community Care Coordinators as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.

· Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations when handling sensitive information.

· Additional Duties as assigned.

· Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately transcribe and enter information while ensuring completeness and correctness.

· Critical Thinking: Capacity to analyze and interpret complex information, identifying any discrepancies or missing details.

· Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with Community Care Coordinators and other team members.

· Organization: Skill in organizing and maintaining documentation in an orderly and accessible manner.

· Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software.

· Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently to meet deadlines.

· Adaptability: Willingness to learn new software and programs as required, and ability to adapt to changes in procedures or workflows.

· Confidentiality: Understanding of the importance of maintaining confidentiality and adhering to privacy regulations when handling sensitive information.

· Teamwork: Capacity to collaborate with Community Care Coordinators and other team members to ensure effective care coordination.

· Customer Service: Commitment to providing excellent service to clients, including responsiveness and professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications

Experience: Previous experience in behavioral health is preferred.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Associates or higher preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
