ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Qualified individuals must have the ability (with or without reasonable accommodation) to perform the following duties:

  • Develops digital marketing strategy by working with director of marketing and channel marketing managers, understands trends and market insights, understands business dynamics to quickly adjust programs, identifies customers and their current and future needs, and monitors the competition
  • Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
  • Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence in multiple channels and multiple profiles
  • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
  • Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborates with internal channel marketers to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Develops digital marketing needs and recommending software, platforms and agency resources as needed to complete assigned goals
  • Oversee management of website updates, design, and user experience on all digital channels for multiple brand websites
  • Monitor daily messaging and social media posts
  • Develop effective, cohesive, and engaging brand messaging by working with brand channel marketing managers
  • Answer AHF Products customer questions and concerns when needed or necessary
  • Conduct and report analysis of all websites, SEO/SEM, digital advertising, and social media traffic and suggest course correcting actions to address any issues
  • Establish and monitor ROI and KPIs as established by the marketing team
  • Create, maintain, and implement digital marketing and editorial calendars across all marketing channels
  • Manages content development and curation
  • Manages influencer marketing program and agencies to deliver quality promotions of AHF Products brands and collections
  • Identify trends to enhance marketing and sales productivity and effectiveness

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate a purchase
  • Creating and maintaining agency relationships
  • Educating and coaching others to understand digital marketing principles and tactics
  • Proficient in managing processes across several markets and initiatives
  • Self-motivated and customer focused
  • Proficient in requesting and understanding marketing research and statistical analysis
  • Able to develop budgeting and strategic planning across various markets and channels
  • Excellent organization and communication skills

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree a plus, but not required
  • 5 years of experience in marketing; with at least 3 years in digital marketing
  • Proven work experience in digital marketing, particularly within the residential and commercial flooring industry a plus, but not required
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, PPC, eCommerce, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Data Studio, SEMRush, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of inbound marketing, marketing automation, CRM tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, SugarCRM, ExactTarget, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
  • Working knowledge of setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Knowledge of media editing software (Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Google Ads Certification preferred, but not required
  • Working knowledge of web design principles, best practices, and content management platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
