New American Funding is Hiring an Advisor Near Tustin, CA
Overview
Position Summary :
Work as a liaison for NAF borrower to NAF LO. Connect our borrowers with credit repair agency if needed or use inhouse tools for credit simulations.
Build rapport on initial call, take detailed notes, communicate outcome with all parties involved, follow up with leads as needed.
Keep organized records of all active leads sent over to repair agency and inhouse leads we used simulations on. Touch base with borrower and redirect them to NAF SR LO when credit is properly seasoned.
Successful RePath Advisors effectively communicate with the customers, credit repair agency and Loan Officers through email and telephone and provide a high level of customer service to all parties involved with the interaction to create an exceptional customer experience.
Location : Remote Ok. Hybrid schedule if living within 30 miles of Tustin, CA or Austin TX.
Compensation : $17 / hr plus monthly bonus
Responsibilities
- 50 outbound dials daily.
- Keep records of leads sent over to credit repair agency and inhouse nurturing leads.
- Track leads that decided to work with credit repair agency and inhouse nurturing leads.
- Follow up calls to build rapport with borrowers using service, non-responsive clients or declined to use service.
- When credit meets requirements connect borrower with active NAF Sr. LO via live scheduled phone transfer or email.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer service, call center, or sales experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Passionate about helping customers achieve financial goals.
Desired Education / Experience :
- General credit knowledge.
- One or more years of office or inside customer service / call center experience preferred.
- 1 or more years of experience working in the mortgage or real estate industry preferred.
- 1 years of customer service and / or sales experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
